Over the week most of your meals will be prepared by our fun and fabulous Raw Food Chef Erin, with additions and inspirations from other raw food advocates and demonstrations by Raw Food Chef Goddess and Erin. Our meals will comprise of delicious, nutritious, visually appealing raw creations.
The Raw food experience will include fruit juices, green juices, nuts, bliss balls, lush and lively salads, 'mylks', fruit smoothies, soups, dips, sweet treats, superfoods and more that are ALL extremely healthy and made from all natural ingredients, local, fresh and mostly organic.

You will witness (and participate if you like) in live food preparation that will inspire you to discover how easy it is to incorporate raw, nutritious, enzyme loaded really yummy food into your life. You will also receive some of these recipes to take home and start experimenting with. The food will be prepared with medicinal and spiritual intent that will enable your journey of processing and healing to occur in an effortless manner. This is not a detox retreat, however, by the very nature of live raw food, yoga, laughter, playing, having fun and de-stimulating from the chaos of life, it may naturally bring about a detox. Give thanks to you body if this occurs... it's doing it's job ... helping you on your path to a healthier and happier you!
