This week long retreat set in the lush Valley of Longevity surrounded by majestic mountains is your opportunity to reconnect with Mother Nature, nurture yourself and embrace the Divine Feminine within. You will be encouraged to express yourself creatively through PLAYING, PAINTING AND PRAYING.
We create the space in which you can safely begin to open up, explore and express. Rediscover your true nature as you reclaim your power and tune into to your inner wisdom. WARNING::: As the week unfolds personal blocks, sabotages and negative thinking that is holding you back from expressing your full potential, will be released..!
Our formula of:- rawlicious foods; daily morning yoga and meditation; daily doses of laughing yoga; creative expression through painting, dancing, drumming and playing, along with inspirational talks and sharing all wrapped up in the arms of Mother Nature will re-juvinate your entire being.

Beginning your journey in Quito and traveling through several breathtaking regions of Ecuador you will arrive in the Sacred Valley of Vilcabamba and MonteSuenos Retreat Center in time for a light snack and a gentle, yoga stretching session to shake off the travel and align your body, mind and soul.
After decompressing and settling in we will flow into a delicious dinner and conclude our day with an opening sacred circle, giving us the opportunity to get to know one another, set our intentions, and review our exciting itinerary for the week.
Nothing is compulsory, apart from your enjoyment, so you are invited to fully participate in all our planned activities or retreat into your own space if you need. Care and preparation has been given to our schedule of fun-filled, mind expanding, self exploring activities, however please note, some of our activities are subject to change due to weather conditions. But rest assured, we promise an equally juicy activity if need be.
