Caroline is our co-facilitator for your retreat at MonteSuenos and along with offering her wonderful daily yoga and meditation sessions she will be our onsite co-ordinator and assistant, helping you settle in, get comfortable and expand yourself as you have an amazing week. Drawing on my 14 years experience of yoga and Pilates, allow me guide you through a safe and honoring discovery of yourself via the ancient system of yoga. Begin your practice or take your existing practice to new levels of awareness as I help you find a beautiful balance between strength and surrender, effort and letting go.
Informative and introspective my Hatha based classes are infused with playful challenges, healthy alignment and a deep connection to the breath thus expanding the potential to tap into your inner guidance, define your own boundaries and discover the benefits of being in the moment.

With warmth and a lighthearted style I challenge and support you. My classes are customized to provide options for all ages and all stages. I infuse various yoga styles and mind / body disciplines to create a foundation from which you can gracefully explore. I balance the over class with a yin/yang perspective. Yin cannot exist without yang and yang cannot exist without yin, they complement each other. Harmony and health are created when these contrasting aspects come into balance.

Yin is traditionally passive and introspective, and the perfect counter-balance to upbeat, energetic yang. So it is with my yoga teachings, blending a yin style practice with slow and quiet held passive poses done in sitting and lying positions and the contrasting yang element, more active and dynamic, strengthening and invigorating to the body and mind.

Rounding off each session you will be guided into a deep and wonderfully relaxing meditative space,,,, allowing you the opportunity to integrate the benefits of yoga and explore your inner world,,,, the world beyond that of name and form and maya (illusion).
